Beacon provides container tracking visibility for over 150 shipping lines and 160 airlines with information sourced directly from carriers and third-party data aggregators. Please note that not all carriers provide the exact same tracking milestones, which means that your experience may differ slightly between carriers.
We track every container from gated out empty at POL to gated in empty at POD. We track every air waybill from handover to airline at origin to collection from airline at destination.

We provide various reports for your shipments based on volumes and transit times. The reports are customisable to suit your needs. Delay reports can be split by PoD, route, and arrival country.
You can invite more users to join your company’s account by selecting your profile’s icon in the top right corner, then selecting “Users”, and then “Invite users”. Only admin users can invite or remove users from your organisation’s account.
