Which carriers do you support?

160+ carriers across ocean and air. All major ocean carriers (Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, COSCO, ONE, Evergreen, Yang Ming, HMM, ZIM), and all major airlines (British Airways, Qatar, Emirates)

Do I need to book through Beacon?

No. Book with carriers directly or through freight forwarders. Just give Beacon the container numbers and we'll pull updates automatically.

How often does tracking information update?

Real-time as carriers push updates. When a carrier updates an ETA or container status, Beacon reflects it immediately. No manual refreshing required.

What if I use a freight forwarder?

Perfect. Track shipments regardless of who booked them. Share Live Boards with your forwarder so everyone sees the same live data.

What happens if a carrier isn't supported?

If you can't see the carrier you use - dont worry. We're constantly adding new carriers, request additions anytime.
