Do I need to book through Beacon?

No. Book with carriers directly, through freight forwarders, or however you normally operate. Just give Beacon the tracking numbers and we'll pull updates automatically.

How often does tracking information update?

Real-time as carriers push updates. When a carrier updates an ETA or container status, Beacon reflects it immediately. No manual refreshing required.

What if I use a freight forwarder?
