Who can see comments on a shipment?

Anyone with access to that shipment sees the comment thread. Control visibility by managing who has access to specific shipments or Live Boards.

Can I mention people outside my organization?

Yes. @ mention your freight forwarders, suppliers, or customers if they have access to that shipment or board. They'll receive notifications and can respond directly.

Do comments trigger notifications?

Yes. When someone @ mentions you, you'll receive an alert. Configure whether you want immediate notifications, daily digests, or mentions only.

Can I attach files or photos in comments?

Absolutely. With our Documents feature you can upload photos of damaged goods, share updated documents, or attach customs paperwork right next to the shipment or order.
